Things You Need to Know
Kandi Décor Cakes was founded with one goal in mind: to give our customers a rewarding, enjoyable and delicious cake ordering experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. CAKE ORDER FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE DAY PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CAKE ORDER DATE.
Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are non-refundable; but transferable (only in uncontrollable circumstances), up to 3 months from the original booking date.
ALL ORDERS ARE DEFAULT DELIVERY OPTION ONLY.
In the unlikely event that you (or designated recipient) are not at the location in scheduled time causing a delay of more than 30 minutes; there will be an inconvenience fee of $25.
This must be paid before receiving cake or cupcake order.
IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE DELIVERED CAKE OR CUPCAKE ORDER MORE THAN AN HOUR, WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF THE CAKE OR CUPCAKE ORDER WITH NO REFUND AND NO ABILITY TO TRANSFER.
If given the opportunity to pick-up cake or cupcake order the following is in order.
Orders picked up more than 30 minutes late will incur a tardy fee of $25,
that must be paid before receiving cake or cupcake order.
ANY ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN AN HOUR FROM SCHEDULED TIME
ARE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND AND NO ABILITY TO TRANSFER.
